I am currently seeking to recruit a Junior TSM for a client of mine who are a specialist interior fit out contractor based in Central London.

Job Description:

My client are looking for someone to work under the guidance of a Senior TSM who will be operating in a Site base capacity, managing multiple Sub Contractors and liaising directly with the Client.

Responsibilities: 

• Delivering M&E aspects of projects
• Monitoring M&E client brief
• Reviewing subcontractors tender packs
• Managing projects to completion
• Reporting to the Senior TSM

The Ideal Candidate MUST have:

• Good knowledge of building and engineering services
• Competent with Health and Safety management
• Qualified in either Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
