Our client a well-established developer of houses and apartments are seeking an Residential Site Manager to drive forward projects around the M25. (Junctions 18 -27).
We are looking for a Site Manager who has previously worked for a residential contractor or developer focussing on new build houses and apartments for a minimum of two years.

In order to be considered:

You must have a valid CSCS Card
You must have a valid SMSTS
You must have a valid First Aid Certificate

Professional memberships and further education is desirable.

Salary: £40k – £45k DOE
Company Car, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, 25 days leave.
