Due to a recent influx in work, we are recruiting on behalf of a national contractor who specialising in the new build of Care Homes for a full-time permanent Site Manager.
The candidate must have previous experience working as a Site Manager on Care Home projects.
The applicant must also have valid: CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualifications. Higher Education is advantageous.
You will be in charge of full site management, management of health and safety, sub-contractor management.
